Alexandra Rosenstein: Water Skiing in CT

Alexandra Rosenstein works in New Jersey as a medical researcher, though her home is in CT, where she maintains her longtime passion for water skiing. She says she started as a child and was thrown off her water ski. To the surprise of her parents and friends at the time, she popped right back up and wanted more. To this day, Rosenstein “loves the feel of wind rushing through my hair and the cool water at my feet.” Rosenstein often works long hours under great stress as a medical researcher whose team is responsible for determining if specific medications are ready for further marketing initiatives and if they’re ready for the consumer market. She unwinds by water skiing and playing in the water in various areas of Connecticut.

Alexandra Rosenstein loves exploring the lakes and rivers of CT whenever she can. She also loves the ocean. Although Connecticut isn’t known for its beaches, she still makes time to hit the serious waves of the Atlantic as well. Rosenstein loves spending time at Amston Lake near Lebanon, a beautiful lake with some of the purest, cleanest waters in the state. Although she can’t take her water ski here, she still loves the beautiful vistas of the natural area. Another lake that’s easily accessible to Rosenstein and others is Candlewood Lake, known as one of the best places to boat and play on the water, as well as fish and relax on the shore.

Miss Alexandra Rosenstein, longtime resident of CT, says she’s in a constant state of “always wanting to play on the water and the waves.”
